HUNNER'S ULCER (INTERSTITIAL CYSTITIS)

  • Female. 40 yrs
  • chronic pancystitis-fibrosis-ulceration in the fundus of bladder
investigation- cystoscopy

TREATMENT:hydrostatic dilatation under anaesthesia
                       light diathermy fulguration helps
